The 360 CheckPoint Feedback Program also includes online follow-up training. Those online courses, known as Skillbuilders, include topics such as: leadership and management development, personal and professional balance, goal setting, career development, team development and sales. A draft timeline could be:

• Initial CheckPoint feedback process and analysis.
• Indepth DiSC Profile analysis.
• 10 coaching sessions, 2 hours each.
• Additional CheckPoint done at the end of the coaching program.
