Our team of coaches has extensive experience working with all management levels, including C-level executives, which allows TSI to offer a wide selection of programs and applications. One popular coaching commitment provided by C. Michael Ferraro is as follows:

Use of the 360 CheckPoint  feedback online tool at the beginning and at the end of the coaching program (approximately 3-4 months apart). The 360 feedback program highlights a manager's job performance in eight Universal Management Competencies: Communication, Leadership, Adaptability, Relationships, Task Management, Production, Development of Others, and Personal Development.

The Everything DiSC assessment is also taken by the client. Depending on the needs we use either  Everything DiSC Workplace  or Everything DiSC Work of Leaders  Individual meetings will focus on enhancing skills related to performance enhancement, using many of our popular videos and assessments. A draft timeline could be:

  • Initial CheckPoint feedback process and analysis.
  • Indepth DiSC Profile analysis.
  • 10 coaching sessions, 2 hours each.
  • Additional CheckPoint done at the end of the coaching program.
