M.E.E.T. on Common Ground helps counteract the shame, blame and stereotyping that create toxic environments and undermine productivity. Using the M.E.E.T. approach, employees learn to recognize, respond to and resolve situations that stem from differences. Employees take away a new appreciation for their personal responsibility to create a respectful workplace.

This program is delivered online through our TrainingFlow platform. We can track each participant as they complete the course. Each participant will receive a certificate of completion when they pass the course.
